Private Christian Group Tours
Bring Your Own Group to Egypt
You already have the people. We help turn that group into an unforgettable journey through biblical Egypt. Bring your church, ministry, school, Bible study, Christian organization, family network, or group of friends and experience Egypt together on a private tour built around your people.
Tours require a minimum of 24 participants and are capped at 42 participants. This is your alternative to joining a regularly scheduled public departure. Choose one of our established Christian Egypt itineraries, select dates that work for your group, and adjust the experience around your interests, teaching goals, pace, and available time. If your church has been considering Israel but is not ready to travel there, read about biblical Egypt as a Holy Land tour alternative.
You bring the group. We help build the Egypt experience around them.

A Benefit for Churches and Groups
Your Pastor or Group Leader Can Travel Free
With 30 paid participants, your church pastor or designated group leader travels free. That makes it easier for spiritual leadership to travel with the people they are bringing and experience Egypt alongside the group.
Choose It. Modify It. Or Build Something Different.
Our established tours make planning easy, but they are a starting point rather than a cage. We can help shape the trip around your group when logistics and available time allow.
1. Choose
Start with the itinerary that best fits your group, available time, and the parts of Egypt you most want to experience.
2. Customize
Discuss dates, pace, teaching goals, and possible adjustments. Stops can sometimes be added, removed, or reshaped around your group.
3. Go
We help you think through pricing, deposits, travel requirements, communication, and the details that make international group travel manageable.
Ready to Start Planning?
Bring Your Group to Egypt
You do not need to already have everyone committed. Whether your group is beginning to form or you are simply exploring what an Egypt tour could look like, we can help you compare the options and identify the best starting point.
For many churches and ministries, the first questions are practical. How long should the trip be? Which itinerary best fits the people who may travel? How far in advance should planning begin? What kind of pace will work for the group? Those are exactly the kinds of questions we can help you work through before you ever announce a trip or begin taking registrations.
You can begin with one of our established itineraries and then talk with us about dates, teaching emphasis, pace, and adjustments that may make the experience fit your group more naturally. Some groups want a concentrated introduction to Cairo, Giza, Goshen, and the eastern Delta. Others want to add Luxor, the Nile, Upper Egypt, the Red Sea, or a stronger archaeology and Exodus emphasis.
The goal is not to make your pastor, ministry leader, or group organizer become a tour operator. We want your leadership to be able to focus on the people traveling with them while we help provide a clear framework for building the trip, communicating the next steps, and moving from an initial idea toward a real departure.
Tell us a little about your church, ministry, school, organization, or group below. Even if your dates and roster are not finalized, we can help you begin comparing options and determine what the next step should be.
